The results of this survey will also help Health & Wellness Services better support Alfred State students in their college careers.
This time you won't have to email Health & Wellness when you complete this survey as I can see who completes it. That being said, I will NOT be looking at individual results, so please be honest with your answers. My goal is always to look at the campus as a whole to see the trends among the student body.
