Alcohol 101+ Privacy Policy

Alcohol 101+, an interactive educational program operated by the Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility, (“Responsibility.org,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website and related Services (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from students using our Services (“Users”).

Please note that Responsibility.org operates Alcohol 101+ as an educational tool on behalf of colleges, universities, and other organizations that provide it for their students. As such, we collect, use, and disclose information from our Users only at the direction of these colleges, universities, and other organizations. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our and any other terms or disclosures that may have been provided to you by the college, university, or other organization that provided you with access to our Services.

Registration and Profile Information. If you register to use our Services, we ask you for your name, email address, and date of birth. If you sign up using a third-party email or messaging account, we will also receive information from those third-party services such as your account photo.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, college or university, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.

Website Experience Information. When you use our website, we will collect information from you as you go through the website experience, such as your responses to questions about your alcohol use, thoughts on alcohol use, age, race/ethnicity, gender identity, sex at birth, class year, and involvement in school activities. Please note we do not store any of the information generated by Users through the virtual bar experience (e.g., food and drinks chosen by a User).
